Dear Parents and Carers,

Due to the current Red Weather Warning and the exceptionally hot temperatures forecast this week, we are offering an early collection option for pupils from Tuesday through to Thursday.

Parents may collect their children at 1:15pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

We are also advising parents to send their children to school in PE kits as this will be alot cooler for children.

We understand that many families may have prior commitments and that early collection may not be possible for everyone. Therefore, this arrangement is entirely optional, and children who remain in school will continue with their normal school day.

For those choosing to collect early, please use the following collection points:

• KS1 pupils: KS1 Gate on Nicoll Way
• KS2 pupils: KS2 Gate on Lincoln Court
