Dear Parents/Carers,
As shown on our school events calendar, bookings for our upcoming Parents’ Evening have been open since 2nd March 2026. You can log in to your Arbor account and book your appointment slot from Monday 2nd March until Monday 23rd March 2026 at 2:00 pm. Please book as soon as possible to secure a time that suits you best.
The evening will be a chance for you to meet your child’s teacher and discuss their progress, behaviours for learning and attainment in each subject. The evening is designed to work by appointments of 10-minute slots, allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Appointment Schedule:
Nursery and Reception: Tuesday 24th March only - Slots available from 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Year 2 to Year 6 - Tuesday 24th March or Wednesday 25th March - Slots available from 3:30pm to 5:30pm
As shared to Year 1 parents on 26/02/2026 via email, Year 1 Parents’ Evening will take place after the Easter break, so that you will have the opportunity to meet with Miss Harris when she returns. Further details will follow shortly.
The appointments can be booked via our Parents Portal - Arbor as per the instructions below:
Main Menu/Dashboard > Guardian Consultations (click on Parents Evening) > Meeting (click on your child's name) > Time Slot (Choose your preferred time) > Book Time Slot
*Please repeat the action if you have more than one child.
If you experience any difficulties accessing Arbor or making a booking, please contact the school office in person, over the phone or via email, and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
