Dear Parents/Carers,

This is a reminder that Santa Claus will be visiting Saffron Green tomorrow, Thursday 18th December !!!

As previously shared, as part of our new approach this year, each class will have a Class Photo with Santa, which will be emailed free of charge to all families in that class.

If you do NOT wish for your child to be included in their class photo, please ensure you inform the school by today, Wednesday 17th December, by email.

If we do not receive notification by this time, we will assume that consent has been given and your child will be included in the class photo.

Please note:

• Children who are absent on the day or who do not have consent will not receive the class photo.

• If your child is included, we aim for the photo to be emailed to families by the following Tuesday.

• The class photo must not be shared on social media.
