Dear Parents and Carers,
We are delighted to invite you to the Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and Year 2) Christmas performance, Higgledy Piggledy Nativity, taking place on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 2:30pm and Thursday 11th December 2025 at 9:30am.
The children have been working wonderfully hard in preparation, and their excitement is truly contagious. To help the performances run smoothly, please take note of the following important information:

Arrival Times:

Wednesday: Main entrance gate will open at 2:15pm and close promptly at 2:30pm to avoid disruptions during the performance.

Thursday: Main entrance gate will remain open and close promptly at 9:30am.

Attendance:
We kindly ask that only two family members per child per session attend. An attendance list will be held at the entrance. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum capacity of 80 seats. Please note that standing will not be permitted. -
Late Arrival:
If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait at the school office until an appropriate moment to enter, in order to minimise disruption. -
Photography and Filming:
Photography and video are permitted, but please avoid using flash. We also ask that no photos or videos are shared on social media unless you have permission from the parents/carers of every child captured. -
Collection Arrangements:

Wednesday: After the performance, once the children have left the hall, please exit via the side of the stage and make your way to the KS1 playground to collect your child (they will need time to change).

Thursday: Children will remain in school after the performance.

- Fundraising:
At the end of each performance, we will be passing around a collection bucket to help raise funds for KS1 resources. Any contribution, however small, will be warmly appreciated.
