Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to invite you to the EYFS (Nursery and Reception) Christmas Carol performance, taking place on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 9:30am

The children have been working wonderfully hard in preparation, and their excitement is truly contagious. To help the performances run smoothly, please take note of the following important information:

• Arrival Times:

  • Wednesday: Main entrance gate will remain open and close promptly at 9:30am.

• Attendance:
  We kindly ask that only two family members per child attend. An attendance list will be held at the entrance. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum capacity of 80 seats. Please note that standing will not be permitted.

• Late Arrival:
  If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait at the school office until an appropriate moment to enter, in order to minimise disruption.

• Photography and Filming:
  Photography and video are permitted, but please avoid using flash. We also ask that no photos or videos are shared on social media unless you have permission from the parents/carers of every child captured.

• Collection Arrangements:

  • Children will remain in school after the performance.

              * Fundraising:
                 At the end of each performance, we will be passing around a collection bucket to help raise funds for                                       EYFS resources. Any contribution, however small, will be warmly appreciated.
