Dear Parents/Carers,

We can hardly believe we are heading into the final week of this academic year! It has been a year full of challenges, but also one packed with achievements that have made us incredibly proud of our pupils and our whole school community.

The coming week promises to be full of exciting activities. Please take note of the important information below:

• No Clubs This Week: There will be no after-school clubs running this week (e.g., Dance, Football, Ninja, Spy).

• Wraparound Care: Breakfast and After School Club will operate as usual until Thursday 17th July. On Friday 18th July, only Breakfast Club will run—there will be no After School Club on that day.

• PE Days:

  • Monday 14th July and Wednesday 16th July – Children should come to school in their PE kit:

    • White T-shirt with school logo

    • Black shorts

    • Black plimsolls or trainers for outdoor activities

    • Water bottle
    • Hat 
    • Suncream applied 

• Sports Day – Tuesday 15th July: Parents are warmly invited to join us.

  • Children should wear their house team colour T-shirt, black shorts, and trainers.

  • 12:00–12:40pm: Picnic lunch on the school field.

  • No hot school dinners will be served.

  • Children entitled to free school meals/universal infant free school meals will receive a packed lunch. If you prefer to provide your own, please email your child’s class teacher.

  • Hot dogs, drinks, and ice creams will be available for purchase. Please refer to the email resent today for more details.

• Year 6 Events:

  • Wednesday 16th July, 5:00–7:00pm: Year 6 Leavers’ Party (Year 6 pupils only).

  • Thursday 17th July, 9:15am: Year 6 Leavers’ Assembly – Year 6 parents invited.

• End of Term:

  • Friday 18th July: School finishes at 1:30pm. Please collect your child promptly.
