Dear Parent/Carer,

We are writing to remind you of the importance of maintaining a positive balance on your child’s school meals account. In accordance with school policy, all meals must be paid for in advance to ensure that we are able to continue providing this service.

If your child’s meals account currently has an outstanding balance, we respectfully request that payment is made as soon as possible. Regrettably, if the balance remains unpaid, we will be unable to provide a school meal, and your child will be required to bring a packed lunch from home until the account is cleared.
