Dear Parent/Carer,
Our Flu Vaccination will take place on 3rd November 2022 - Tomorrow.
Please note this is not the Covid vaccination.
Please complete the E-Consent (re-sent by email today). It is important to complete it even if you do not want your child to have the vaccine. If you choose not to complete the e-consent, this does NOT mean that you have refused the vaccine for your son or daughter.
The electronic link will close at 15:45 on Wednesday 2nd November 2022 .
